Alex San Andrés is the Founder and Managing Principal of San Andrés Real Estate Group. He has worked on various real estate projects involving development, investment, analysis, property repositioning, renovation, construction, and acquisitions/dispositions.

Throughout his career, Mr. San Andrés has worked with a diverse range of stakeholders including governments, agencies, real estate developers, investors, and operating companies. He has collaborated on projects nationwide and has been responsible for executing consulting and advisory assignments for real estate value-add investor and developer clients.

On the West Coast, he led deal teams overseeing the development of over 1,000 multifamily units, more than 400,000 square feet of commercial development, and approximately 300,000 square feet of commercial office value-add projects.

On the East Coast, he was responsible for the development of over 450 multifamily units, investment in over 1,100 multifamily units for value-add purposes, development of 1,200 single-family units, and approximately 1.3 million square feet of commercial development.

Previously, Mr. San Andrés worked as an architect and was involved in various projects located in New York, Texas, California, and China

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. He also earned a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Oberlin College.

Additionally, Mr. San Andrés currently holds several licenses, including the Series 79 license (Investment Banking Representative), Series 63 license (Securities Agent), and a California Real Estate Broker license. These licenses highlight his expertise and qualifications in the financial and real estate sectors.
